Sybrina Fulton is seeking marks for the phrases “I Am Trayvon” and “Justice for Trayvon,” according to filings made last week with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. In both instances, Fulton, 46, is seeking the trademarks for use on “Digital materials, namely, CDs and DVDs featuring Trayvon Martin,” and other products.
The March 21 USPTO applications, each of which cost $325, were filed by an Orlando, Florida law firm representing Fulton, whose first name is spelled "Sabrina" in the trademark records.
Martin, 17, was shot to death last month during a confrontation with George Zimmerman, a 28-year-old neighborhood watch captain. Martin, pictured above, was visiting his father’s home in Sanford, Florida when he was shot to death by Zimmerman, who has claimed that he was acting in self-defense.

Rally/Protest for Sgt. Gary Stein, Thursday 3-5pm, Camp Pendleton Main Gate

Sgt. Stein met with his Congressman this morning to enlist their support in his fight for his rights to a fair hearing and due process against these alleged “serious charges” by his Commanding Officer - rights that we are supposed to provide to all of our brave Marines, especially in a time of war.

We need to show the Marine Corps, the media, and the public that we support Sgt. Stein.  Rep. Duncan Hunter publicly supports Stein and Hunter is a Marine Reservist!  See article below.

This rally is being organized by SoCal Patriots.  Plan on attending if you can and spread the word to all your friends in SoCal.  We need everyone to come out and make a stand for the Constitution and those who pledge to defend it.  We are all Oath Keepers!

The rally location is in Oceanside right off I-5 on Harbor Drive, just east of the freeway near the Main Gate.

Directions:  Take Harbor Dr. east to San Rafael Dr. (first stop light), turn right and park wherever you can (legally).  Bring signs and/or flags in support of Sgt. Stein who is scheduled to have his discharge hearing at 8 am Saturday on Pendleton.

Rep. Duncan Hunter:  Marine should not be punished for anti-Obama Facebook posts

Let’s roll!

Of all the confusing technology terms used in consumer marketing today, perhaps the most opaque is "4G," used to describe a new, much faster generation of cellular data on smartphones, tablets and other devices. It sounds simple, but there are many varieties of 4G and conflicting claims.
Of all the confusing technology terms used in consumer marketing today, perhaps the most opaque is "4G," used to describe a new, much faster generation of cellular data on smartphones, tablets and other devices. It sounds simple, but there are multiple varieties of 4G, conflicting claims, arguments about legitimacy, and questions about who it benefits, and at what cost.Personal Technology Columnist Walt Mossberg brings us clarity.
AT&T T -0.47% claims "The nation's largest 4G network," and T-Mobile says it has "America's largest 4G network." Verizon Wireless boasts "America's fastest 4G network," and SprintS -1.05% says it had the first 4G network.
Yet the technology used by T-Mobile, and mostly comprising AT&T's 4G network, isn't considered "real" 4G at all by some critics, and the one used by Sprint has proven to be a dead end and is being abandoned. The flavor being used by Verizon is now being adopted by its rivals, but won't be interoperable among them.
Verizon offers LTE, which is the fastest variety of 4G.
It's a headache for consumers to grasp. So here's a simplified explainer to some of the most common questions, based on interviews with top technical officials at all four major U.S. wireless carriers.
What is 4G?
It's the fourth and latest generation technology for data access over cellular networks. It's faster and can give networks more capacity than the 3G networks still on most phones. There's a technical definition, set by a United Nations agency in Europe, and a marketing definition, which is looser, but more relevant to most consumers.
Who needs 4G?
It's mostly for people with smartphones, tablets and laptops who often need fast data speeds for Web browsing, app use and email when they're out of the range of Wi-Fi networks. It can give you the same or greater data speeds as home or office Wi-Fi when you're in a taxi. In hotels and airports, it's often faster than public Wi-Fi networks.

Russian media expose 'forged birth certificate' But American news agencies still absent on presidential scandal

While many U.S. mainstream media outlets spike news about the Obama eligibility investigation, Russia’s government radio is keeping the world abreast of the scandal that has caused “the biggest censorship and blackout in the history of journalism.”
The Voice of Russia – successor of Radio Moscow, the official station of the Soviet Union – published an exclusive interview with Sheriff Joe Arpaio March 26 titled, “Obama’s birth certificate may be forgery.” As WND reported, Arpaio and his Cold Case Posse announced there is probable cause indicating the documents released by the White House last April purported to be Obama’s original, long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration card are actually forgeries.

Friendly Fire From Obama
Published on TheHill.com on March 27, 2012

Outside the Beltway, polling indicates a massacre of Senate Democrats is in the offing in the 2012 elections. Currently, Rasmussen's polls have Republicans leading Democrats for eight Senate seats now held by Democrats. Nelson is 6 points behind Mack in Florida, McCaskill is 10 behind Steelman in Missouri, Tester is 3 behind Rehberg in Montana, Brown is 4 behind Mandel in Ohio. And, for open seats, Allen is 3 up on Kaine in Virginia, Bruning is 20 ahead of Kerry in Nebraska, Thompson is 15 ahead in Wisconsin, and either Berg or Sand will undoubtedly win in North Dakota. Additionally, the races in New Mexico and Michigan show the Republican less than 4 behind. (The GOP might lose Massachusetts and Maine, but a massive wipeout of Democrats is coming.)

Why? Obviously, the shift in party identification has a lot to do with it. While Washington insiders are chortling about Obama's likely reelection, those who are paying attention know that there has been an 8-point party-identification shift from Democrat to Republican, 2 points of which took place after the 2010 elections. Not only is this shift going to doom Obama's chances, it will engulf Democratic candidates up and down the line.

Nothing like a Ford Truck. A New Truck built by a company we didn't bail out...I bought a New Ford F250 Tri-Flex Fuel Truck.

Go figure it runs on either hydrogen, gasoline, or E85.

I returned to the dealer yesterday   Because I couldn't get the radio to work.

The service technician explained that the radio was voice activated.
'Nelson,' the technician said to the radio. The radio replied, 'Ricky or Willie?' 'Willie!' he continued and 'On The Road Again' Came from the speakers. Then he said, 'Ray Charles!', and in an instant ' Georgia On My Mind' replaced Willie Nelson.

I drove away happy, and for the next few days, Every time I'd
say 'Beethoven,' I'd get beautiful classical music, and if I said, 'Beatles,' I'd get one of their awesome  songs.

Yesterday, some guy ran a red light And nearly creamed my new truck But I swerved in time to avoid him. I yelled, 'A$$ Hole!'

Imediately the radio responded with, Ladies and gentlemen,

U.S. Border Patrol Agents Intercept more than $3.5 Million of Marijuana at Interstate 15 Checkpoint
TEMECULA, Calif. U.S. Border Patrol agents assigned to the Interstate 15 checkpoint thwarted a narcotics smuggling attempt yesterday resulting in the seizure of more than 7,000 pounds of marijuana.
On Monday at approximately 9:30 p.m., agents encountered a 43-year-old male United States citizen driving a white 2003 Freightliner tractor-trailer as he arrived to the checkpoint.  During inspection, agents became suspicious of the man’s nervous demeanor and referred him for a secondary inspection.
A Border Patrol K-9 team performed a cursory inspection resulting in a positive alert to the trailer.  Agents searched the trailer and discovered 300 bundles of marijuana with a total weight of 7,328.17 pounds.  The marijuana had an estimated street value of $3,664,085.
The suspected smuggler and marijuana were taken into custody and subsequently turned over to the Drug Enforcement Administration, which was working with the assistance of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, for further investigation.  The truck used in the smuggling attempt was seized by the U.S. Border Patrol.

Why Obamacare Must Go
By Sen. John Cornyn
March 27, 2012 3:19 P.M.
This morning, I attended Day Two of the Supreme Court hearings on Obamacare. I left the room more convinced than ever that these hearings represent a watershed moment for our republic. The nine justices have essentially been asked to decide whether there are any real limits on the federal government’s power to intervene in the lives of American citizens.
Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution authorizes U.S. lawmakers to regulate certain “activities” related to interstate commerce. For example, if Americans are engaged in the “production, distribution, or consumption of commodities,” Congress is allowed to control how they produce, distribute, or consume those commodities.
However, the Supreme Court has never ruled that Congress can use the Commerce Clause to require individuals to engage in an activity they have chosen to avoid. Yet that is precisely what Obamacare does: It forces Americans without health insurance to purchase coverage. Such a requirement is unprecedented and unconstitutional. It is a dangerous expansion of federal power that has worrying implications for myriad other industries. After all, if Congress can make us buy health insurance in order to promote the common good, what will stop it from making us purchase other products or services under the same logic?
When a person chooses to go without insurance

House GOP eyes another possible green-tech scandal

GOP leaders are investigating Ecotality Inc., yet another troubled green-tech company that has received taxpayer funds and public support from the White House.
The firm has received roughly $126 million from the the Department of Energy to install roughly 14,000 electric car chargers, has donated thousands of dollars to Democratic politicians, and was showcased by President Barack Obama in his 2010 State of the Union speech.
But the company has installed less than 7,000 of the chargers, its subsidiary is being investigated by the Securities and Exchange Commission for insider trading, and it has only created 144 jobs, according to the federal Recovery.gov website.
The Heritage Foundation’s investigative unit reported that the company’s financial document showed the company got a SEC subpoena in Oct. 2010.

Eric Holder Loses Case Against Michigan Militia

A federal judge has thrown out all the significant charges against members of the Hutaree Militia in Michigan.  This case was near and dear to Eric Holder, and an effort to use the power of the Justice Department against right wing militias.  The federal court found that the defendants did little more than exercise their free speech rights against the government.  The Washington Post:
The decision is an embarrassment for the government . . . . “The court is aware that protected speech and mere words can be sufficient to show a conspiracy. In this case, however, they do not rise to that level,” the judge said. . . .  U.S. Attorney Barbara McQuade declined to comment. Two years ago, when militia members were arrested, she said it was time to “take them down.”
How ironic and delicious.  In 2010, some were defending the dismissal of the New Black Panther voter intimidation case on free speech grounds, even though they physically tried to block a poll.  To Eric Holder, the political leanings of the speakers seems to determine how much respect for those rights the political appointees at DOJ will afford.

Krauthammer: Obama Admitted To Medvedev That Second Term Will Be Hard Left

KRAUTHAMMER: I think that the key word here in that exchange was Obama saying to the Russians, 'this is my last election.' It's not just that 'I have another election and I'll be occupied with other issues, let's talk about this. It's a complicated want in December.'

'This is my last election.' That's his way of saying with a nod and a wink, 'Look, you guys have a free hand because you run a dictatorship, your elections are rigged. Well, ours aren't rigged, but once I get passed my last election, I'm unleashed. I can do anything I want.

And what he's saying is, 'you know that reset I began three years ago where I completely undermined our allies in Eastern Europe. I cancelled the missile defense system and I began a process in which our supremacy in missile defenses is now negotiable, which the Republicans have never allowed to be negotiable.'

'Well, after election day, I can't speak about it now of course because it's my last election and Americans won't actually like that -- after election day, I'll be open.'

This is a huge gaffe. it Etch-A-Sketch is a problem for Romney, this is the President himself saying, 'I'll be unleashed. I can govern hard left. I can do all this reset stuff in the future unmolested.' That's his way of telling people, 'you may have no idea what my agenda in the second term is going to be, but let me tell you, the Russians, it's going to be pretty hard left.'

On Russian TV, Roseanne Barr claimed that America’s super rich should give back any money they’ve made over the $100 million mark or be beheaded! Barr said, “I first would allow the guilty bankers the ability to pay back anything over $100 million in personal wealth because I believe in a maximum wage of $100 million. And, if they are unable to live on that amount then they should go to the reeducation camps and if that doesn’t help, be beheaded.”

As Obama-Care Hits Supreme Court, New York Times Buries Unfavorable Poll Findings on A-17

Posted by BH

There was some strange poll placement in Tuesday's New York Times, which led with "New Poll Finds Drop In Support For Afghan War." Yet the paper buried a story from the same poll, showing people are strongly against Obama-care, on page 17. Given that the Supreme Court is now arguing the issue, wouldn't it have been more timely for the Times to lead off with or at least front its Obama-care findings?
(To be fair, Obama-care has been deeply unpopular since it was launched two years ago, so the findings, though under-publicized, aren't as current as the sharp drop in support for the war in Afghanistan.)
"Most Oppose at Least Part of Overhaul, Poll Finds," by Dalia Sussman, Helen Cooper, and Kate Phillips, brought the bad news for Obama-care, but also found some caveats, including the fact that people apparently just don't understand the law:
Two-thirds of Americans want the Supreme Court to overturn some or all of the health care law, even though large majorities support a few of its major aspects, according to a poll by The New York Times and CBS News.

NRA: Obama will ‘erase’ 2nd Amendment next term!

Since I now have a “right” to free contraceptives, where can I go to get my free guns since I have a “right” to bear arms?
(Washington Times) A top official with the National Rifle Association said Friday that President Obama will move to “destroy” gun rights and “erase” the Second Amendment if he is re-elected in November.
While delivering one of the liveliest and best-received speeches at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington, NRA Executive Vice President Wayne LaPierre said the president’s low-key approach to gun rights during his first term was “a “conspiracy to ensure re-election by lulling gun owners to sleep.”
“All that first term, lip service to gun owners is just part of a massive Obama conspiracy to deceive voters and hide his true intentions to destroy the Second Amendment during his second term,” he said

“We see the president’s strategy crystal clear: Get re-elected and, with no more elections to worry about, get busy dismantling and destroying our firearms’ freedom, erase the Second Amendment from the Bill of Rights and excise it from the U.S. Constitution.”

“Christians and Jews had full religious freedom. They built churches and synagogues…”

Contrary to the historically false claim that Christians and Jews conquered by Muslim armies had “full religious freedom,” one Muslim historian estimated that as many as 30,000 churches in the Middle East were destroyed by Muslim invaders during the first few centuries of jihad.

Does it matter that your children and grandchildren are taught such historical falsehoods? After all, most students don’t remember what they were taught in history classes, right?

It matters because the PATTERN of revisionism implants a faulty narrative in the minds of students, a narrative that portrays the history of Islam as one of peace, tolerance, and equality.

A narrative that is being pushed in colleges, universities, and the media, affecting public policies and impacting how we as a nation deal with the threat of terrorism.
A narrative that is enabling the advance of radical Islam and stealth jihad.
And a narrative that is demonstrably, provably wrong. A narrative that is an egregious rewrite of history.

Remington Arms Threatens To Holster NY Ops. May Move Out Of The State Of New York

Remington Arms Threatens To Holster NY Ops

Here's the lead item from Ken Lovett's column today:
remington gun.jpgOne of the world’s major gun manufacturers is threatening to pull its plant out of New York over a gun bill pushed by Mayor Bloomberg.
Remington Arms Company, in a recent letter to Gov. Cuomo, said it may be forced to bail on the Empire State if a law requiring bullet casings to carry unique markings is enacted.
Supporters argue the technology, known as microstamping, would help solve gun crimes. Detractors say it’s unreliable, easily tampered with and costly.
Remington has a manufacturing plant that employs more than 1,000 workers in the village of Ilion, about 90 miles west of Albany.
“Mandating firearms micro-stamping will restrict the ability of Remington to expand business in the Empire State,” company chief strategy officer Stephen Jackson Jr. wrote to Cuomo.
“Worse yet, Remington could be forced to reconsider its commitment to the New York market altogether rather than spend the astronomical sums of money needed to completely reconfigure our manufacturing and assembly processes.”
Jackson insisted that law enforcement, gun retailers and “law-abiding consumers throughout New York — if not the entire country” would be directly affected.
Senate bill sponsor Jose Peralta dismissed Remington's warning as “just another tactic being used to try and block microstamping, which is supported by many crime-fighters.”
He said gun manufacturers didn’t leave California and Massachusetts when those states enacted ballistic identification rules.
Cuomo during his 2010 campaign called microstamping a “common-sense” and “pro-law enforcement” gun safety law. The governor's position has not changed, even with Remington's threat to leave, Cuomo spokesman Josh Vlasto said.
Microstamping is not expected to clear the GOP-controlled Senate, where Democratic efforts to bring it to the floor have been blocked.
The bills best chance might have been in 2010 when the Democrats controlled the Senate. But the Dems couldnt muster the required 32 votes to pass it.

The Obama administration forged ahead on Tuesday with the first-ever limits on heat-trapping pollution from new power plants, ignoring protests from industry and from Republicans who have said the regulation will raise electricity prices and kill off coal, the dominant U.S. energy source.
But the proposal also fell short of environmentalists' hopes because it goes easier than it could have on coal-fired power -- one of the largest sources of the gases blamed for global warming.
"Right now, there are no limits to the amount of carbon pollution that future power plants will be able to put into our skies -- and the health and economic threats of a changing climate continue to grow," said Lisa Jackson, the head of the Environmental Protection Agency
Older coal-fired power plants have already been shutting down across the country, thanks to low natural gas prices, demand from China driving up coal's price and weaker demand for electricity.
Regulations from the EPA to control pollution blowing downwind and toxic emissions from power plants have also helped push some into retirement, causing Republicans in Congress and on the campaign trail to claim the agency will cause blackouts.

The man often known as the Supreme Court's swing justice posed tough questions about the scope of the controversial health care overhaul Tuesday, suggesting he might have doubts about its validity.
Click here for audio of the hearing.
Justice Anthony Kennedy did not tip his hand as to how he might ultimately vote in the case -- a ruling is not expected until summer.
But on the most important day of hearings for the landmark case, the bench was thoroughly engaged for a two-hour debate over the constitutional merits of President Obama's health care law. Based on the tenor of Tuesday's arguments, the justices appear to be closely divided and the case may ultimately come down to the views of Kennedy.

Trayvon Martin was suspended from school three times in the months before he was shot dead by a neighborhood watchman, it emerged today.
The new claims, revealed in a leaked report, paint a different picture of a teenager who frequently found himself in trouble with authorities.
It was also revealed that he might have attacked a bus driver, according to a Twitter account that it is claimed belonged to the teen.
The Miami Herald claims that in October, he was caught with a 'burglary tool' - a flathead screwdriver - and 12 pieces of women's jewellery. Martin insisted that they did not belong to him.
Earlier, he had been suspended for skipping school and showing up late to class. And most recently, in February, he was suspended again when officials found a 'marijuana pipe' and an empty baggie with traces of the drug.

The fresh claims are likely to be seized upon by supporters of George Zimmerman who say the teenager launched an unprovoked attack on the neighbourhood watch volunteer moments before Trayvon was shot dead.

The revelation about the suspension in October, in a school report obtained by the Herald, was condemned today by Trayvon's family as part of a campaign to smear their dead son.
The boy's mother said: 'They killed my son and now they're trying to kill his reputation.'
The conservative news site the Daily Caller and the blog the Wagist claim they have unearthed a Twitter account, which has since been taken down, that belonged to the teen.

INS Record Found Showing Certificate of Citizenship Issued in 1961 To Child Born in Kenya

IMPLICATIVE DISCOVERY: A government document found buried in the online reference section of a Boston Public Library archive bolsters a growing mountain of evidentiary data against Barack Obama’s constitutional eligibility to be president. The document indicates that a consular officer issued a single certificate of statutory citizenship, within the time frame including August 4, 1961, to a child born to a U.S. citizen between July 1st and December 31st, 1961 in the Kenyan region of Africa. The record also reveals that the certificate was the only one issued for this specific type of arrival in the U.S. over a span of more than 18 months, among thousands from other parts of the world.

By Dan Crosby of THE DAILY PEN

NEW YORK, NY – A recently discovered rare immigration record found by researchers working on behalf of an ongoing investigation into the Constitutional eligibility of Barack Obama to hold the office of the U.S. presidency reveals that an American consular officer issued a single Certificate of Citizenship to only one passenger arriving in the U.S. from the Kenyan region of Africa between July and December of 1961.

The record shows demographic and status classifications for a passenger who was explicitly recorded at the INS Arrival Inspection Station as an individual being born to a U.S. citizen parent arriving from the Kenyan region of Africa between July 1st and December 31st, 1961.

This information and the dates of its documentation are disturbing given the rare nature of the issuance of certificates of citizenship for children who acquire their citizenship by birth to incoming U.S. citizens in this particular region of Africa.

These dates not only align with the alleged date of Obama’s birth on August 4, 1961, but also with evidence indicating that Ann Dunham departed from Hawaii beginning in February, 1961, shortly after her undocumented marriage to Obama Sr.

Also supported by this data is the implication of an African trip by the absence of Dunham’s passport information which is known to have existed from the 1960s which was used in at least one occasion for her departure with Obama Jr. to Indonesia where the two lived with Lolo Soetoro, Dunham’s second husband. If Dunham had filed for a “renewal” of an old passport, rather than for a new passport in the mid 1960’s for the Indonesian trip, which would have been the common practice for the life of a passport, this would have been indicated on the missing application which

Group Pits Obama Against Himself in Viral Obamacare Video
As protesters rally outside the Supreme Court while justices listen to high-toned arguments on the constitutionality of President Barack Obama’s signature health care law, one group is hoping the president’s own words will help the case against the law. At least his words before he was president.
The central dispute over the law is a provision that requires individuals to have health insurance by 2014 or pay a penalty. American Crossroads, a 527 organization advised by Karl Rove, has released a new video showing that Barack Obama himself has not always supported the individual mandate at the center of his controversial health care reform plan:

This comes as former DNC Chairman Howard Dean appeared on CBS Monday morning where he made the claim some liberals might find stunning: he admitted he thinks the Supreme Court will likely declare the individual mandate unconstitutional. Dean went on to explain that he believes the court will strike down the mandate, not the entire law, but that the law can still be successful without the mandate:

Spins and needles for Barack Obama

By Wesley Pruden
Spinning is a deceiver’s art, the craft of persuading suckers they didn’t really hear what they just heard. It’s what modern politics is all about.
President Obama has put his best spinners to work to “clarify” what he meant with his remarks in confidence to the Russians that once past November he’ll have the “flexibility” to alter the American missile-defense system in a way that will please Moscow.
This was no gaffe by a dispensable aide, but a straightforward assurance straight from the horse’s mouth, given when Mr. Obama and Russian President Dmitri Medvedev were caught unaware by an open microphone at the end of a 90-minute conversation at the terrorism summit in Seoul. This exchange was reported by ABC News:
Putin wasn’t even in the room but Mr. Obama’s aides were spinning lamely about the President’s message for him.

“On all these issues, but particularly missile defense,” Mr. Obama is heard telling Mr. Medvedev, “this can be solved but it’s important for [incoming president Vladimir Putin] to give me space.”
