“This president has brought us out of the dark and into the light,” is how Michelle Obama described her husband, the undocumented president to an applauding crowd of 450 at a campaign event yesterday in Nashville, Tennessee

Few, if any, would have expected a Sermon on the Mount from self-centered, hedonistic Michelle Obama on the heels of Holy Week.

Claiming Christ-like status at Easter time is something only demons of the Prince of Darkness would attempt.

“This president has brought us out of the dark and into the light” is certainly one of the most audacious things ever uttered from any presidential campaign trail.

In terms of real time, Mrs. Obama was right on cue with Easter scripture from the book of Matthew: “The people dwelling in darkness have seen a great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up.” (Matthew 4:16).

Perhaps she intercepted her Nicodemus Moment from one of her husband’s Blackberry ‘devotionals’ sent from Joshua DuBois, the head of Barack Obama’s Office of Faith Based and Neighborhood Partnerships.

Every day the president receives ‘devotionals’ or passages meant to bring one closer to God over a Blackberry.

“Where it’s a passage of scripture or a piece out of a book that I think he might be interested in or a prayer, it’s something to start his day off on the right note,” DuBois told Fox News on February 5, 2010.

Painting a halo around the head of a politician,  who back in his days as a mostly absentee senator paved the way for the slaughter of babies who survive botched abortions, could come only from Marxist strategy.

Psych-ops and projection are also Marxist in nature. 

The incidence of American institutions coming under attack will continue right up to Election Day.

A name not mentioned enough in the ForgeryGate controversy is Ms. Fuddy, the current Director of the Hawaii Department of Health

Ms. Loretta J. Fuddy does not even get a shout out from the Obama administration during the press gaggle, given the “extraordinary” levers of the Hawaiian governmental organs she needed to pull to make this happen for Obama.  Having her letter buried as page 4 of 4 was not surprising, given the false narrative they created to cover their actions on Obama’s about face and sudden U-turn on this issue.   An honorable mention needs to be made when she discusses her strained and disrupted state agency over this matter, and one wonders just how much of this hyperbole is true?  If in fact she is telling the truth, then we have significant evidence that many citizens see this as a critical issue for our elected representatives and courts to resolve and should be dealt with immediately.This letter is the most important part of the documentation that is at the center of this tawdry and sordid affair and is quite telling on what actually transpired on April 25th, 2011 and subsequent to that date. In her letter to president Obama, she states she gave “two certified copies of his Certificate of Live Birth.”

 They were hand delivered to Ms. Judith Corley of the law firm Perkins Coie, Obama‘s personal counsel as detailed in the press gaggle transcript on the morning of April 27, 2011.

MR. PFEIFFER: As Bob said, it arrived by plane — the President’s personal counsel went to Hawaii and brought it back and we got it last night.

Ms. Fuddy continues the legalese artifice and alludes to some special process herself, she should be intimately familiar with Hawaii Statute §338-18 which was discussed in detail in Mission Accomplished, Part 3 so it is superfluous.  So maybe there really are some unbreakable bureaucratic rules in her agency?  Which Ms. Fuddy then gives special dispensation to, though I doubt it, much less since 1980?  Hawaiian law seems quite clear and gives government requests special status for whatever their specific needs and circumstances are.

She states that she has personally witnessed the copying of these certificates with,
“I have witnessed the copying of the certificate and attest to the authenticity of these copies.”
This all important statement is completely lacking in the transcript of the press briefing on the morning of the 27th, since they did not lay the foundation for the authenticity of the posted certificate(s) on the White House website, far from it as we will soon see.

The press corps did not attempt to ascertain what it was they were actually looking at or given in their press packet, except for the following:

The longtime advocate for gun rights compared President Obama and the Democrats to an unwanted animal visiting someone’s home.

“It isn’t the enemy that ruined America,” he said, affirming his support for Republican presidential front-runner Mitt Romney.

Nugent had said in his address that “if Barack Obama becomes the president in November, I will either be dead or in jail by this time next year.”

“If you can’t go home and get everybody in your lives to clean house in this vile, evil, America-hating administration, I don’t even know what you’re made of,” he said at the NRA.

Nugent’s words got even more descriptive at times, calling Obama a criminal and saying his administration is “wiping its a– with the Constitution.”

He also flayed four Supreme Court justices for what he says is their stance against Americans’ “right to keep and bear arms.”

He ended with a call to politically decapitate Democrats in November: “We need to ride into that battlefield and chop their heads off in November. Any questions?”

Nurse charged in the shooting of Texas mom who 'died trying to save her baby

SPRING, Texas –  Authorities say a 30-year-old woman admitted she shot a young mother and abducted her newborn son in a town near Houston.
Verna McClain, a registered nurse, is charged with capital murder in the killing of Kala Marie Golden in Spring, Texas, which is north of Houston, Tuesday. Witnesses saw the shooter repeatedly shoot Golden and drive away with her 3-day-old son, Keegan. Authorities found Keegan late Tuesday night.
According to the arrest record, McClain admitted to shooting Golden and taking Keegan to her home in Harris County. The warrant says Keegan was found at the Harris County home.'
It says McClain's sister, Corina Jackson, told authorities that McClain intended to "do the adoption" now that she had Keegan.
McClain is being held without bail.
An Amber Alert was issued Tuesday afternoon for Keegan Schuchardt after the baby was kidnapped at a pediatrician’s office around 2:40 p.m., MyFoxHouston.com reported.

Appeals court upholds Arizona's voter ID requirement

PHOENIX –  An appeals court upheld a requirement in a 2004 Arizona law that voters show identification before they can cast ballots, saying that there wasn't evidence that the mandate disparately affected Latinos as the challengers had alleged.
A 12-member panel of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals said in a ruling Tuesday that there was evidence Arizona has racially polarized voting and a history of discrimination against Latinos, but concluded that no proof was offered to show that the ID requirement gave Latinos fewer opportunities to vote.
The court, however, found that the federal National Voter Registration Act trumps another section of the Arizona law that requires people to prove their citizenship in order to vote.
That federal law allows voters to fill out a mail-in voter registration card and swear they are citizens under penalty of perjury, but it doesn't require them to show proof as Arizona's law does.
"Today's ruling vindicates all the U.S. citizens who were improperly rejected for voter registration in Arizona," Nina Perales, a lawyer for the Mexican-American Legal Defense and Education Fund who argued against the law in court, said in a written statement. "Arizona may no longer flaunt federal law in voter registration, particularly in a manner that discriminates against newly naturalized citizens."
The ruling on the requirement for proof of citizenship doesn't affect voter registrations in Arizona that involve either the state's own form or the state's online system to register when renewing a driver's license.
Most people use those methods and the state form is what county officials give people to use to register, said Matt Roberts, a spokesman for Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett.
However, the ruling may make the federal mail-in card more popular because it's more convenient than mailing in a state form with a photocopy of proof of citizenship, Perales said.
Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne, whose office defended the law in court, said he expects that the U.S. Supreme Court will ultimately have to resolve the question of whether Arizona can require people to prove citizenship as a condition of voter registration. "The people of Arizona have a right to request that people registering to vote show some evidence they are citizens and we fully expect the U.S. Supreme Court to uphold that," Horne said.
In 2004, Arizona voters approved Proposition 200, a law that denied some government benefits to illegal immigrants and required Arizonans to show identification before voting. The case before the appeals court challenged the law's voting provision and not the benefit denial provisions.
Critics say the law's voter identification requirement is an inconvenience and a barrier for minority voters, while supporters said the requirement serves as a safeguard for the election system by preventing non-citizens from casting ballots.
The ruling Tuesday upholds an October 2010 ruling by a smaller panel of the appeals court.
The decision by the larger panel of the court said Arizona's requirement that voters show IDs before casting a ballot wasn't a poll tax and doesn't violate equal protection rights within the Constitution.
Opponents of the law argued that at least 30,000 potential voters have been excluded from voting in Arizona because they failed to provide other documents required by the state, even though there was no evidence they weren't eligible to vote.
Lawyers for the state defended the voting rules by saying it wasn't unreasonable for the state to seek more documentation and that some non-citizens have been tricked into signing postcards by voter registration organizations that have sent people door to door.
They also said the proof of citizenship requirement was not burdensome because the vast majority of prospective voters only have to provide a number from a driver's license, tribal identification card or certificate of naturalization, not produce an actual document.
The U.S. Justice Department filed a friend-of-the-court brief in the case urging the 9th Circuit to overturn the state law, saying the law is invalid because it conflicts with the National Voter Registration Act.

“Bottom-bouncing” is the term John Williams of Shadowstats.com uses consistently to describe the true state of the economy.  The mainstream media would like you to believe that with every slight uptick in the economy, we have hit bottom and are in a so-called “recovery.”  The upticks are reported with wild enthusiasm, while the downticks are brushed over.  The latest bad news for the economy came from the housing sector.  CNBC reported Monday, “In a stark reversal during the heart of the spring housing market, confidence among the nation’s homebuilders dropped in April to levels not seen since January.  An association index measuring sentiment fell three points, changing course after seven straight months of gains. It now stands at twenty-five; fifty is the line between positive and negative sentiment.   ‘What we’re seeing is essentially a pause in what had been a fairly rapid build-up in builder confidence that started last September,’ said National Association of Home Builders Chief Economist David Crowe in a release.”  (Click here for the complete CNBC story.) 

Maybe sentiment is down because actual housing starts are also down nearly 6% in March.  But that’s not really the point to focus on according to Shadowstats.com—it is the overall trend.  In his latest report, Williams said, “March 2012 housing starts fell by a statistically-insignificant 5.8%, versus February 2012, but that was no more than the 40th-straight month of stagnant business activity.  This period of stagnation, or bottom-bouncing at historically-low levels, followed an unprecedented 75% plunge in housing activity from 2006 through the end of 2008.”  (Click here to go to the Shadowstats.com home page.) 

Williams says a real turnaround in the economy is unlikely without real income growth.  In fact, not only is there no growth in consumer income, but it has contracted since the 2008 financial crisis as shown in this chart:  

Sinking real estate prices have also stopped consumers from using their homes as an ATM which is another roadblock for a true recovery.  Williams said on Monday’s report, “Temporary consumption gains could be fueled by debt expansion, but that option also is not available to most consumers.  With limited prospects for income growth and debt expansion in the near future, broad economic activity remains likely to bottom-bounce for the foreseeable future, while healthy, sustainable gains in real retail sales remain improbable.”

Charles Biderman, CEO of Wall Street research firm Trim Tabs, says the recovery story is being constantly kept alive because of poor government data.  Biderman laughingly calls government statistics a “bad joke” that unquestionably gets repeated in the mainstream media (MSM).  In Biderman’s “Daily Edge” commentary on Monday, he said, “The government reports garbage, and the morons report that garbage as hard facts.”  Biderman pointed out that car sales were down 6% in March, when the government reported a little more than a 1% increase in the same month.  Biderman goes on to say the government’s data is based on “surveys and guesses.”  (Click here for the complete comments from Charles Biderman.)

Charles Biderman, like John Williams, tries to offer his clients a picture of what is really going on in the economy, not a desired expectation.  What these guys see is not a so-called recovery, but bottom-bouncing at best.  In an election year, QE 3 (a third round of money printing) is a lock before November.

Today I want to talk about something that every single one of you does. Every single one of you use cell phones to make calls and send texts. Every one of you send email, use Facebook and other social media. Every one of you use google to search the internet. You may think you have the freedom to do what you want with this technology, but the truth is, we’re not free. More and more predictions from George Orwell’s Nineteen Eighty Four are becoming a reality. “Big Brother is watching you”. Big Brother comes in many forms, including Verizon, AT&T, Comcast, Google, the NSA (National Security Agency), and the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency).

The US Government, specifically the NSA has been spying on americans since the patriot act in 2001. The NSA is one of the most secretive government agencies. According to the cover story from the April 2012 issue of Wired magazine by James Bamford, the National Security Agency is in the process of building the largest spy center in the US near Bluffdale Utah. The data center will be 5 times the size of the US Capital building and house enough servers to handle yottabytes of data. To put that into perspective, a yottabyte is equivalent to 20 trillion blu-ray discs. The new data center will intercept every phone call, every text, every email, every Google search, and more from every american in the US. The supercomputer at the center will then sift through all the collected data to find things that indicate a threat to the US, which will then be transmitted to the NSA for further investigation. It’s not just the government that’s doing the spying, though. In an article from tecca.com on October 13, 2011, Mike Wehner states that Verizon will soon be collecting your browsing history and location data in an effort to provide targeted advertising, including selling the information to 3rd party advertisers. In another tecca.com article from January 25, 2012, Fox Van Allen states that the Department of Homeland security is in the preliminary stages of a project that will spy on your social media activity on Facebook and Twitter to find out if you have terroristic tendencies. ABC 7 News reported on September 9, 2009 that at an NSA -run spy center in Augusta, GA calls were being intercepted and transcribed. The calls that were of interest were those going to and from the Middle East. Two former employees at the facility told ABC that they were ordered to transcribe all calls, regardless of whether the call had anything to do with terrorism. One of the employees said that intimate calls were passed around the office like office jokes.

While I do agree that the government should protect citizens against terrorist threats, the government has taken it too far. The NSA is collecting data on everyone, not just people of interest. At that point, the legality of this amount of government spying is called into question. The Patriot act, enacted in 2001 gave the government permission to spy on americans if they were a person of interest and/or a threat to national security. However, it would seem that what is happening now is going beyond the patriot act. According to an article in the New York Times from March 16, 2012 by Charlie Savage, the intelligence agencies have a different understanding of section 215 of the Patriot Act. The article points to a letter from two senators – Ron Wyden and Mark Udall – the letter says “americans would be stunned to know what the government thought the Patriot Act allowed it to do.” Unfortunately, the letter doesn’t go into detail as to what that interpretation is because of what they say would cause “grave damage to the national security of the United States”. It’s scary to think what they might be able to do. Little by little, government agencies and internet companies are threatening our freedoms.

There are a few things you can do to minimize the “Big Brother Effect”. According to chrome.google.com, It is possible to hide yourself and become anonymous in your internet browsing using a Google Chrome Add-On called ProxyPy Web Proxy. A web proxy sends all of your internet traffic through a server somewhere in the world that will make it look to websites like you came from the proxy server instead of your actual location. Another thing you can do is to call your representative and tell them you don’t like what the NSA and CIA are doing and it needs to be stopped.

The government is spying on your every phone call, your every text message and your internet usage. Will we have an Orwellian future with the government spying and controlling our every move? Only YOU can stop it. For now, Big Brother is watchi

As many Americans were scrambling to get this year's taxes done, analysts were warning about a bigger tax day -- what some call a tax Armageddon, or "Taxmageddon," to characterize its potential effect on the U.S. economy.
At the end of the year, some $500 billion in tax breaks expire all at once, hitting American households with an average tax increase of $3,800 dollars -- if Congress doesn't act.
The potential increases include $165 billion more from taxpayers as a result of expiration of the Bush-era tax cuts, which would push taxes from a bottom rate of 10 percent and a top rate of 35 percent to a bottom rate of 15 percent and a top rate of 39.6 percent.
"Taxmageddon is a $500 billion, one-year tax hike that hits the economy on Jan. 1, 2013," Curtis Dubay of the Heritage Foundation said.
It would cut the child tax credit by half, from $1,000 dollars a child to $500.
The marriage penalty would return.
The tax on dividends, which many seniors rely on, would soar from 15 percent to as high as 39.6 percent.
A separate $124 billion cut in the payroll tax would end.
And a temporary fix to the alternative minimum tax would be erased. The tax originally was aimed at millionaires, but it could would hit some 34 million taxpayers next year.
"Almost the entire tax code has been put on a year-to-year lease, and in some cases, month-to-month lease, which is no way to run a tax system," Scott Hodge of the Tax Foundation said.
The expiring cuts would hit all income groups but those at low and middle incomes the hardest.

As Americans tightened their belts to pay federal taxes on time, the Obama administration is exploring what appears to be every way possible to use U.S. taxpayer dollars to stimulate the economy – in Kenya.

According to U.S. Trade & Aid Monitor, the White House has increased the flow of U.S. taxpayer dollars to Kenya, the land of his father’s birth.“Kenyan businesses lately are increasingly becoming recipients of U.S. government largesse, as the Obama Administration, among pursuing other endeavors aims to expand ‘livestock-related economic opportunities’ in that nation,” the watchdog newsletter wrote April 14.

Amid the “spike of activity” in Kenya is a U.S. government contract committing to a five-year effort to “improve the inclusiveness and competitiveness” of the livestock industry in Marsabit and Garissa counties in Kenya.

On April 12, U.S. Agency for International Development, USAID, published a pre-solicitation for the Resilience and Economic Growth in the Arid Lands-Accelerated Growth program, or REGAL-AG, under the U.S. government’s Feed the Future initiative.

“REAL-AG is intended to be a five-year activity which deepens USAID investment in Marsabit and Garissa, Kenya,” the program pre-solicitation read. “The procurement will improve the inclusiveness and competitiveness of the livestock value chain in these two counties, while furthering diverse livestock-related economic opportunities.”

IRS Travel Ban: Revoking Citizenship By Stealth As Provision that allows feds to suspend passports of accused tax delinquents expected to pass Congress.

Efforts to pass a bill that would allow the IRS to deny travel rights to U.S. citizens who the feds merely claim owe $50,000 or more in delinquent taxes represents a de facto move to revoke the citizenship of Americans without due process and in complete violation of the Constitution.

Thanks to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, a recently passed Senate bill, the suitably Orwellian entitled ‘Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act’, includes a provision that allows the federal government to revoke passports of Americans accused of owing back taxes.

The legislation now moves to the Congress where, despite a Republican majority, the IRS provision is expected to be retained in the final version of the bill because it will raise an estimated $750 million dollars over ten years.

“There is no requirement that the tax payer be guilty of or even charged with tax evasion, fraud, or any criminal offense — only that the citizen is alleged to owe the IRS back taxes of $50,000 or more,” reports the Daily Economist.

Empowering the IRS to deny fundamental rights on a whim is completely illegal and unconstitutional.

“There are also numerous Supreme Court precedents protecting these same rights,” writes Jack Swint. “Furthermore, the law appears to violate Article I, Section 9, paragraph 3 of the United States Constitution, which forbids “Bills of Attainder”, which are laws providing for the punishment of an individual without benefit of judicial process.”

“It takes away your right to enter or exit the country based upon a non-judicial IRS determination that you owe taxes,” Constitutional Attorney Angel Reyes told FOX Business. “It’s a scary thought that our congressional representatives want to give the IRS the power to detain US citizens over taxes, which could very well be in dispute.”

What’s next? If the feds can bar you from leaving the country merely by claiming you have committed some infraction without having to provide any evidence, the prospect of Americans being abducted and interned indefinitely under the National Defense Authorization Act with a similar absence of due process is just around the corner.

Will citizens have their drivers license cancelled if the state claims they are behind on their property taxes? How about the government working with big banks to suspend credit cards if an individual is accused of avoiding inheritance or capital gains tax? Will similar punitive measures of punishment be enforced for Americans who attempt to avoid mandatory government health care?

Penguin bites Newt Gingrich

The Associated Press reports that on a visit to the St. Louis Zoo, Newt Gingrich was bitten by a penguin: “During his visit to the popular zoo in Forest Park, he was treated to a behind-the-scenes visit with two Magellanic penguins. One of them nipped Gingrich on the finger.”
Gingrich was apparently unharmed, requiring no more than a small Band-Aid. Andrew Lieffring, a Facebook commenter on the Politico story quipped, “The liberal bias of penguins is well documented. They are always wearing tuxedos like hollywood elites.”
We are all relieved to know that no permanent damage befell Newt.
But what about the penguin? There is nothing you can take to inoculate you against accidentally ingesting a chunk of Newt. Most recipes that require bits of Newt are deadly potions that result in the delusion that you will be the next King of Scotland, until Birnam Wood starts marching from place to place.
Clearly, the penguin was in danger.
Desperate to see how things were going, I hopped on a flight to St. Louis. When I got to the penguin enclosure, it was clear that the worst had happened.
One female penguin was crying in a corner of the tank. She explained to me, using signs, that her life mate had just deserted her for a considerably younger female.
“Where is he now?” I asked.
She pointed a languid flipper towards the opposite end of the tank, where a plump penguin in an ill-fitting suit was beaming and repeating the words, “Fundamentally” and “moonbase” to a small crowd of listeners.
He seemed delighted that the media had just shown up, although he vocally expressed his disapproval.

Years from now, historians may regard the 2008 election of Barack Obama as an inscrutable and disturbing phenomenon, a baffling breed of mass hysteria akin perhaps to the witch craze of the Middle Ages. How, they will wonder, did a man so devoid of professional accomplishment beguile so many into thinking he could manage the world's largest economy, direct the world's most powerful military, execute the world's most consequential job?

Imagine a future historian examining Obama's pre-presidential life: ushered into and through the Ivy League despite unremarkable grades and test scores along the way; a cushy non-job as a "community organizer"; a brief career as a state legislator devoid of legislative achievement (and in fact nearly devoid of his attention, so often did he vote "present"); and finally an unaccomplished single term in the United States Senate, the entirety of which was devoted to his presidential ambitions. He left no academic legacy in academia, authored no signature legislation as a legislator.

  And then there is the matter of his troubling associations: the white-hating, America-loathing preacher who for decades served as Obama's "spiritual mentor"; a real-life, actual terrorist who served as Obama's colleague and political sponsor. It is easy to imagine a future historian looking at it all and asking: how on Earth was such a man elected president?

EMIRATES  The Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice, the most feared law enforcement authority in the oil-rich country, has been asked to enforce the new orders, Sharq Arabic language daily said.

“Instructions have been issued to all public schools and universities to ban the entry of gays and tom boys and to intensify their efforts to fight this phenomenon, which has been promoted by some websites,” it said.

The paper did not make clear who issued those instructions but said gay and tom boy students can go back to schools and universities if they prove they have been corrected and have stopped such practices.

It said high-level orders have been issued to the Commission to immediately enforce the new rules and to step up efforts to combat this phenomenon and other “unacceptable behavior” in public places.

Newly recently released tax documents, examined and analyzed by Tina Trent of sorosfiles.com,  reveal how billionaire 

“philanthropist” George Soros expanded his U.S.-based empire by using funds from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, also known as the Obama stimulus. Soros and Obama worked hand-in-glove through the stimulus, which has been called the largest single partisan wealth transfer in American history.

The new report has been released by America’s Survival, Inc. (ASI), publisher of the Soros Files website, and posted under the title OBAMA STIMULUS DOLLARS FUNDED SOROS EMPIRE. 

 The release of the report coincides with an Internet advertising campaign onCanadaFreePress.com, a global source of news and information, drawing attention to how the transfers of federal funds to the Soros empire constitute a bigger scandal than ACORN. In that scandal, the House and Senate voted to cut off funds to the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) after undercover videos showed ACORN officials giving advice on how to hide financial misdeeds and tax crimes. “The new and currently unfolding scandal of extravagant spending by the General Services Administration, or GSA, is peanuts compared to how Soros tapped the public till,” ASI President Cliff Kincaid said.
