WHERE LIES GO TO DIE – Evidence discovered shows British Protectorate of East Africa recorded Obama’s birth records before 1963 and sent returns of those events to Britain’s Public Records Office and the Kew branch of British National Archives.

KEW, SURREY, GB – The last place anyone would think to look for a birth record of someone claiming to be a “natural born” U.S. citizen is Great Britain.  The very inclusion of the Article II eligibility mandate in the U.S. Constitution was explicitly intended by the founding fathers of America to prevent a then British-born enemy usurper from attaining the office of the U.S. presidency and thereby undermining the sovereignty of the newly formed nation. 

In the absence of honor, courage and justice on the part of those serving in the U.S. Congress and Federal Judiciary, Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case investigative group has concluded the only law enforcement analysis of the image of Obama’s alleged “Certificate of Live Birth” posted to a government website in April, 2011 and found it to be the product of criminal fraud and document forgery.    

The seeming endless evidence against Obama has now taken investigators to the foreign archives of Great Britain wherein it has been discovered that vital events occurring under the jurisdiction of the British Colony in the Protectorate of East Africa prior to 1965 were recorded and held in the main office of the British Registrar in England until 1995 before being archived in the BNA.

It now appears the worst fears of the U.S. Constitution’s framers were well founded as investigators working on behalf of the ongoing investigation into the Constitutional eligibility of Barack Obama have found yet another lead in a growing mountain of evidence within the public records section of the British National Archives indicating the occurrence of at least four vital events registered to the name of Barack Obama, taking place in the British Protectorate of East Africa (Kenya) between 1953 and 1963, including the birth of two sons before 1963. 

Recall, investigative journalists working for Breitbart.com have already discovered biographical information published by Barack Obama’s literary agent in which he claimed he was born in Kenya.  Prior to Obama’s ensconcement to the White House, many international stories also stated that Obama was Kenyan-born as did members of Kenya’s legislative assembly.  Since then information on Obama’s ties has been curtailed by government officials as the Obama administration has coincidently paid nearly $4 billion dollars for capital projects in Kenya.  

Also, the presence of Obama's mother, Ann Dunham, cannot be accounted for from February, 1961, the alleged month of her marriage to Obama, until three weeks after the birth of Obama II in August, 1961 when she allegedly applied for college courses at the University of Washington.  Theories about her whereabouts have included that she participated in the Air Lift America project as an exchange student and traveled to Nairobi as one of many recent highschool graduates (see AASF Report 1959-1961).      

The record of birth of a second son prior to Kenyan independence is significant because biographical information about Obama’s family indicates Obama Sr. fathered only one other son prior to Obama II’s birth.

A new video from James O’Keefe at Project Veritas is exposing the waste and corruption behind so-called “green jobs” spending by government, with union bosses confirming that much of the spending is on “bull—-.”

O’Keefe’s Project Veritas came to union officials in New York seeking help for a new company, a creation that boasts it digs holes in the ground and then fills them in.

O’Keefe, who previously has done undercover reports on ACORN, NPR and voter fraud, got unqualified support for the idea.

“The purpose of our investigation is to illustrate that many of the jobs being championed – and funded – by the Obama administration are merely paper positions that come at great expense to the American taxpayer,” he said.

“Digging holes just to fill them up again is not meaningful work, nor does it produce economic output for a recovery. Giving people jobs for jobs’ sake will not revitalize an economy or restore our country’s future,” he said.

O’Keefe told WND that he wanted to expose the programs being funded by both state and federal agencies that essentially throw money away. One example he cited was the $112 million by the state of New York on a carbon credits program.

“It’s outrageous, purposeless work, including digging holes and filling them back in,” he said. “They equated that with the kind of thing that they saw on a daily basis.”

The video reveals top New York union bosses in candid discussions regarding a federally funded program known as “Green Jobs Green New York.” One leader, John Hutchings, called much of the $112 million spending “bull—-.”

“This is significant because labor unions are some of the biggest beneficiaries of taxpayer-funded jobs,” O’Keefe said. “If they’re intentionally propping up paper jobs, then they’re complicit in the fleecing of taxpayers.”

He continued, “Our investigation shows union officials explaining that as long as you say it’s a ‘job’ for laborers, public officials will pass a bill. Is it really that easy? That’s what Project Veritas intended to find out.”

Hutchings is the ranking member of the Broome County legislative delegation. He told the reporters, posing as “Earth Supply and Renewal” workers, his assessment of the taxpayer-funded grant contracts: “You know the Green Jobs Green New York, between us, a lot of it is bull—.”

Former New York Assemblyman Ron Tocci commented on the “company’s” proposal, “One thing about it, it’s shovel ready.”

When the undercover reporters said, “We actually just take the dirt and put it right back in the ground,” Hutchings responded, “It sounds like, it almost is exactly the same as where we were with Green Jobs Green New York.”

Tocci added, “Hey, if people are willing to give you money, that’s fine.’

Project Veritas said, “This is what Project Veritas is up against. Highly paid union bosses and their political allies in Washington, D.C., and across the country have billions of dollars at stake, and they aren’t about to let go of their power without a fight.”

I was amazed while watching the news conference of Sheriff Joe Arpaio unfold. His Posse took the evidence to its logical conclusion. It was the same conclusion we came to in June of 2009 after our own investigation. If you have the time, you may want to watch the whole news conference here:

The key to understanding this controversy is understanding practices for granting birth certificates in Hawaii in 1961. The media has failed repeatedly to seriously investigate this issue. Mike Zullo finally got to the heart of the issue.

In 1961, forty percent of Hawaiian births were not in hospitals. Natives and Japanese citizens routinely had children at home. After a home birth, all you had to do was send in a form reporting the birth to obtain a birth certificate. You would also get the much heralded birth announcement by sending in this form because the department of health was the source for those announcements.

Routinely in 1961, children born abroad were given Hawaiian birth certificates as a result of these forms. Arpaio has numerous examples of children born in Japan who today have birth certificates attesting to birth in Honolulu. Obama’s grandmother or grandfather could have easily filed this form even if Obama was born in Kenya or anywhere else. It is likely they wanted to protect his American citizenship, which would not have been automatic in 1961.

The truth, despite the news media’s refusal to look at the evidence, is that Obama hasn’t proven he was born in America. Therefore, he hasn’t proven he is eligible to serve as President, and he may have gained the office through fraud. He may be eligible; we just don’t know.

We know fraud has been committed.

I remain embarrassed of the media, the Republicans in Congress, state election officials across America, our judges, and others who have not taken this fraud seriously. It could be the greatest hoax ever foisted on an unsuspecting American public.

I salute the brave Sheriff of Maricopa County, Arizona who has demonstrated real courage in issuing this news release. God Bless you, Sheriff Joe; the Founding Fathers would be proud of you.

USS Cole commander: ‘Following that attack, there was no response’ to al-Qaida

On Thursday, Oct. 12, 2000, the United States guided missile destroyer (DDG-67) USS Cole, named for Sergeant Darrell S. Cole who was killed in action on Iwo Jima in 1945 and commanded by Commander Kirk Lippold, was refueling in the port of Aden Yemen.

At 11:18 a.m., it was attacked by an al-Qaida suicide boat bomb containing an explosive charge powerful enough to rip a 40-foot whole in the side of the Cole.

17 sailors lost their lives in the attack, which in hindsight would be seen as one of the stepping stones on Osama bin Laden’s path to the attacks on the World Trade Center less than a year later.
In his new book “Front Burner,” former Commander Kirk Lippold tells the story of the attack on his ship and crew, as well as the heroic story of the hours and days after the attack as he and they fought to save their crippled ship.
In an interview with The Daily Caller, Lippold expressed his feelings of regret that more was not done to avenge the lives of the sailors he was ultimately responsible for, and the political inaction in response to the attack.

“I think that the United States and the Navy under-appreciated the growing threat that al-Qaida represented to our national security interests and to the Navy,” Lippold said, “while no one ever expected a waterborne improvised explosive device built in to a boat to come along side and detonate. By the same token, following that attack, there was no response, absolutely no response.”

“Everyone kept raising the bar as to the evidence they required, when clearly at both the CIA and at the FBI, ample evidence existed for a military response,” he continued. “The Clinton administration kept balking at that and didn’t want to respond and eventually just wrapped up an investigation literally the day before the Bush administration took office.”
“But when the Bush administration came in, they had an attitude that we’re more forward-looking, not backward acting. Consequently, nothing was done.”

PHOENIX – After determining earlier this year there is probable cause to suspect the document released by the White House as Barack Obama’s birth certificate is a forgery, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said today he believes his Cold Case Posse’s investigation should be advanced to the federal government, based on further information released today at a press conference under way now in Phoenix that is being live-streamed by WND.

Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo said the new information confirms the document presented to the American public in April 2011 is undoubtedly fraudulent.

Arpaio told WND he intends to move the investigation and the new information to a higher authority within the federal government because of what he calls an imminent threat to national security and U.S. immigration laws. The threat is posed by a flaw in Hawaii’s law discovered by his investigators that allows a foreigner to obtain a Hawaii birth certificate.

“Although I am having a difficult time deciding who to forward this information to given the fact that the obvious choices report directly to the president, I cannot stand by and hold on to information that threatens to weaken national security,” Arpaio said.

Arpaio said he intends on keeping a case file open if more information surfaces or if federal authorities decide to ignore the case.

Zullo explained that along with new information discovered regarding the birth certificate since the posse’s March 1 press conference, his team has discovered Hawaii provides easy access to a birth certificate, even if the child wasn’t born in the state.

Under Hawaii Revised Statute 338-17.8, a person only has to be an established resident of Hawaii, not necessarily a U.S. citizen, and pay taxes there for one year to be able to register an out-of-state or foreign-born person with an official Hawaii birth certificate.

“If a nation’s security is only as strong as its weakest link, then America may be in serious trouble,” Arpaio said in a statement. “Hawaii may be our weakest link and could have a serious impact on our nation’s immigration policy.”

Among the new findings presented by lead Cold Case Posse investigator Mike Zullo:

• The sheriff’s investigators have learned of a birth certificate coding system that indicates the White House document has been altered.

• An interview with the Hawaii official who allegedly signed the Obama document in 1961, Verna K.L. Lee, provided further confirmation of the coding anomalies.

• Investigators were troubled to find key information missing on the verification document Hawaii provided to Arizona’s secretary of state in May.

• Hawaii’s deputy attorney general, Jill T. Nagamine, confirm the state has a birth document on file for Obama. But she would not confirm on the record that the White House document matched what was on file with the Hawaii Department of Health.

• The sheriff’s investigators interviewed three persons of interest who have provided additional information in the case.

In prepared opening remarks, Arpaio chastised the media for the way it has handled the investigation.

“You have demeaned this investigation at every turn as silly and wasteful,” he said. “Your contempt about the subject and me for pursuing it has been duly noted.”

He urged media members to listen to Zullo’s presentation of the new evidence.

“Keep an open mind if you can,” he said. “Put away all you pre conceived ideas. Keep your eye on the ball.”

Arpaio’s investigation was initiated last October when 250 Maricopa County citizens approached him for help because they believed the electronic document presented by the White House to the American public was a forgery. Arpaio said he went ahead with the probe with the intent of being able to clear the president and put the matter to rest. But he explained the investigation found too many inconsistencies on the birth certificate.

“We also looked into the president’s selective service registration card and found that it, too, appeared to be fraudulent,” Arpaio said.

Investigators since then have traveled to Hawaii and have interviewed more witnesses, the sheriff said.

Addressing the coding issue, Zullo explained that the Hawaii Department of Health, which categorized vital information issued at the time of the president’s birth, used specific number codes that were written in pencil to transfer information from a paper birth certificate to a database file.

The codes seen on the document issued by the White House are not consistent with the information entered into the various fields, indicating the document has been altered or amended.

In the coding system, the number 9 indicates the information is not stated, meaning there should not be any information in the box in which the number is written.

However, the number 9 can be seen written in pencil next to the fields for “Usual Occupation,” “Kind of Business or Industry” and “Race of Father” on Obama’s document. Each of those fields are filled with information.

“This proves the document has been tampered with and information has been placed on it,” Zullo said.

Sheriff’s investigators tracked down the registrar who allegedly signed the White House’s birth document, U.K. Lee, who is now 95. She provided information that posed further inconsistencies with the story of Obama’s birth at the Kapiolani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital in 1961.

The investigators also analyzed the Hawaii Department of Health’s response to Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett’s request that Obama’s birth information be verified.

They interviewed in person the Hawaii assistant attorney general to verify that the document presented by the White House was the same document on file with the Department of Health.

Investigators said they were troubled to find key information missing on the verification document, including the president’s date of birth.

They said they were equally troubled that the deputy attorney general would not confirm on record that the White House document matched what was on file with the health department.

The national security concerns raised by the investigation are based on Hawaii Revised Statute 338.17.8. which states:

338-17.8 Certificates for children born out of state.
Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such adult or minor, provided that proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child.

Arpaio and his investigators said they have deep concerns that the Hawaii Revised Statute is a loophole that makes it possible for foreign born children to illegally establish U.S. citizenship.

They said the concern is also relevant given the recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling concerning Arizona’s proposed state immigration law, SB 1070, in which the federal court ruled state laws cannot be in contradiction or in conflict with federal law.

Zullo noted that, normally, when it’s necessary to prove a person is a U.S. Citizen, the main form of documentation is a state certificate of birth.

“It appears that in the case of Hawaii law, any person can obtain a birth certificate if any adult or their parents can prove that they resided in Hawaii for one year and paid taxes,” he said. “There is no requirement to show that the child itself was actually born in Hawaii or on U.S. soil.”

DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz and President Barack Obama’s re-election campaign team have been waging a coordinated effort against Republican Presidential nominee Mitt Romney by repeatedly casting aspersion on the length of his tenure at Bain Capital as well as the limited disclosure of his past personal income tax returns.

Wasserman Schultz has been relentless in her mocking of Romney’s offshore holdings and tax records even after it was disclosed that she had her own offshore investments including a Swiss Bank Account and holdings in foreign drug companies and the State Bank of India. In a desperate attempt to distract from the president’s record of failure, Wasserman Schultz has tried to paint Romney as a “one percenter” who outsources American jobs overseas and is disconnected from the American people. Wasserman Schultz has even boldly claimed that “I’m a Middle Class American.”

But now the Shark Tank has come into possession of information that has never been publicly disclosed which completely undermines Wasserman Schultz’ credibility as it pertains to her calls for transparency or the claim that she qualifies as “middle class.”

Speaking of “offshore” interests, on 6/9/12 Congresswoman Wasserman Schultz took a one-week cruise aboard the Royal Caribbean ‘Oasis of the Seas’ luxury liner to the Western Caribbean, embarking from Port Everglades, Florida. According to an individual that we’ll simply identify as “Bruce from Weston” who was also on the same cruise along with his family, Wasserman Schultz took the cruise with her husband Steve and three children along with Broward County School Board member Robin Bartleman and her family.

“Bruce” informed us that his own son became friendly with one of Wasserman Schultz’ daughters while the kids were playing in one of the ship’s designated play areas. Wasserman Schultz’ daughter then invited him up to the suite that her family was staying in.

While it shouldn’t be remarkable that Wasserman Schultz and her family took a cruise, the extent of her accommodations are most certainly eye-popping.

The two-story, spiral-staircase ‘Loft Suite’ that Bruce’s son was invited up to was on the 17th deck that overlooked the rear of the ship. According to Royal Caribbean, a 7-Day Cruise for 4 guests ranges from $15,264.08 in the Crown Loft Suite, to $19,364.08 in the Sky Loft Suite. These two types of suites are only found on the 17th Deck. (Source-Royal Caribbean)

So the question begs- how can someone earning a living on a congressional salary afford such a lavish suite on a cruise ship- especially someone who so adamantly claims she is “middle class?” Also take into consideration that Wasserman Schultz’ family was a party of five on board the cruise ship, meaning that they would have been charged an additional $1615 for the fifth guest, bringing the cost of the cruise somewhere between $16,879.08 and $20,979.08.

After the Shark Tank contacted and spoke to a Royal Caribbean sales agent, we were informed that  as per maritime laws enforced by the U.S. Coast Guard, families of five or more that wish to reside in a ‘Loft Suite’ are mandated to upgrade to the Royal Loft Suite as per safety regulations. That brings a one-week excursion in a Royal Loft Suite aboard the Oasis of the Seas for a family of five to $33,151.65, taxes included.(Source- Royal Caribbean Email)

Debbie Wasserman Schultz may be a Member of Congress and the Chair of the DNC, but she’s not the Sultan of Brunei.

So did the Schultz’ pay the full ticket price of the cruise or did they pay for a less expensive boarding arrangement and then receive an upgrade from the cruise ship? If Wasserman Schultz did receive a complimentary upgrade, it’s possible that she would be in violation of the House Ethics Gift Rule. (See- House Ethics Rules)

The possibility also exists that this cruise was paid for by the Democratic National Committee- perhaps this expenditure could be classified as “voter outreach?” If that’s the case, donors to the DNC might want to think twice about contributing hard earned dollars that wind up paying for the ultra-expensive cruises of the DNC Elite.

But that’s not Debbie’s only instance of hypocrisy.

Back on the mainland, Newbury, New Hampshire is a quaint little town that’s located in Merrimack County. According to public records, we’ve learned that Wasserman Schultz owns a second home here along with another land parcel. Based on our own public records search, these assets have never been previously disclosed by Wasserman Schultz.

As per congressional disclosure rules, Wasserman Schultz is not required to report either her personal residence or additional properties that do not generate rental income. If Wasserman Schultz were to release her personal income tax returns as requested by her Republican congressional opponent Karen Harrington, these assets would then be disclosed.(Source)

Debbie may not be not running for President, but she is running for federal office. We believe that what’s good for the goose is good for the gander- if you are repeatedly calling for your political opponents to fully disclose their tax returns, Debbie should be prepared to do the same.

To this point, Debbie continues to dodge our request for her tax returns. The question now arises- just what is the Congresswoman hiding?-Karen Harrington

Why was this not-so incidental piece of information never discovered? Wasserman Schultz signs her name on legislative documents using “Debbie Wasserman Schultz,” but when she signs public records that require her legal signature, Wasserman Schultz signs her name “Deborah Schultz.”

On Friday, July 6, 2012, without any fanfare or publicity, President Barack Obama signed an executive order titled Assignment of National Security and Emergency Preparedness Communications Functions. Chances are that Obama didn’t want to bring attention to this action because of the power it places in his grasp.

Section 1 of the executive order reads:
“The Federal Government must have the ability to communicate at all times and under all circumstances to carry out its most critical and time sensitive missions. Survivable, resilient, enduring, and effective communications, both domestic and international, are essential to enable the executive branch to communicate within itself and with: the legislative and judicial branches; State, local, territorial, and tribal governments; private sector entities; and the public, allies, and other nations. Such communications must be possible under all circumstances to ensure national security, effectively manage emergencies, and improve national resilience. The views of all levels of government, the private and nonprofit sectors, and the public must inform the development of national security and emergency preparedness (NS/EP) communications policies, programs, and capabilities.”

Basically, this executive order gives the president and Department of Homeland Security the authorization to take over and control any and all lines of communications any time they want to, as spelled out in Section 5.2 of the executive order:“Sec. 5.2. The Secretary of Homeland Security shall: (a) oversee the development, testing, implementation, and sustainment of NS/EP communications, including: communications that support Continuity of Government; Federal, State, local, territorial, and tribal emergency preparedness and response communications; non-military executive branch communications systems; critical infrastructure protection networks; and non-military communications networks, particularly with respect to prioritization and restoration;

(b) incorporate, integrate, and ensure interoperability and the necessary combination of hardness, redundancy, mobility, connectivity, interoperability, restorability, and security to obtain, to the maximum extent practicable, the survivability of NS/EP communications defined in section 5.2(a) of this order under all circumstances, including conditions of crisis or emergency;”

By his own admission, Barack Obama used drugs and almost certainly passed drugs to his friends. This makes it likely he has committed drug-related felonies. Even just passing drugs around in a circle of friends is a “sale of drugs” felony. Nevertheless, it’s not really important whether we have enough definitive evidence to convict Barack Obama in a court room. It is, after all, only the seriousness of the charges and not the nature of the evidence that counts.

During Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s March 1, 2012 press conference, his lead investigator presented a copy of Barack Obama’s draft registration card and explained how it was forged. It was clear that if the draft card Obama possessed was genuine, he, Barack Hussein Obama, received THE ONLY draft card issued since 1980 that was stamped with a single digit year. Every other draft card issued before and after Barack Obama’s special one includes four digits. Obama’s draft card is stamped with “80” for the year it was issued. Any legitimate stamp would say “1980.”

Obama’s draft card looks like it was made by a high school kid learning how to photo-shop a document. All of this strongly suggests Obama may very well be a felon under several statutes of both Hawaiian and federal law.

When Obama either made or received his obviously fake draft card, that could be a  felony violation of Jimmy Carter’s  Proclamation 4771, Registration Under the Military Selective Service Act,  which retroactively re-establishing the Selective Service registration requirement for all 18–26 year old male citizens born on or after January 1, 1960.

Failure to register for the draft – certainly indicated by possession of a forged draft card – makes a man born after December 31, 1959 liable for a maximum fine of $250,000 and a prison term of up to five years.

The law also stipulates that an unregistered male is not eligible for a job in the Executive Branch.  The means a forged draft card cannot be used to satisfy the requirements to be the president. It means Barack Obama may be guilty of federal felonies because he possessed and presented an identification document that is a fake.  It means he may have committed more federal felonies involving fraud when he presented a forged draft card to satisfy the requirements for any federal student aid he used to attend college in America.

My goodness, there may be a felon in the White House!

Obama Signs Executive Order Giving Him and Federal Government Control of All Forms of Communication Under Any Circumstance

Some analysts have reviewed the executive order and state that this section gives the Department of Homeland Security the authorization to seize any and all private communications facilities it deems necessary.

The National Communications System defines the communications infrastructure as:

“The communications infrastructure is a complex system of systems that incorporates multiple technologies and services with diverse ownership. The infrastructure includes wireline, wireless, satellite, cable, and broadcasting, and provides the transport networks that support the Internet and other key information systems.”

When you wade through the executive order and other related government documents, you discover that this document gives the president the power to seize and control every form of communication within the United States for any reason they so desire.

Now add this to the National Defense Authorization Act passed by Congress last year that gives the United States government to arrest, detain and hold indefinitely any American without a warrant, formal charges or any reason other than declaring the person is a threat to the nation. Any detained under this act will be sent to a military run prison and held until such time as the government decides to release them.

I have never been a conspiracy nut and usually avoid those that are, but I can’t help but see the evidence over the past year to indicate that Barack Obama has almost everything in place to allow him to declare martial law and suspend the American way of life. He has the power to control all forms of communication and detain anyone he wants. He has purposely driven the economy and job market to the brink of collapse.
As much as I hate to admit it, I honestly believe that if Obama gets re-elected, that he will finalize the economic collapse of America and in so doing, will declare martial law and take control of all communications. He will arrest and detain anyone who opposes him. In all likelihood, he will disband Congress, the Supreme Court and stop all elections. Ultimately, he will declare himself to be the supreme ruler of the nation and assume complete dictatorial control of the country.
This November’s election IS the most important presidential election in the history of America. It may very well be the last election we will ever have. I pray I’m wrong, but all of the evidence points to that conclusion.
