VIDEO: NEXT GENERATION PLEADS, SAVE OUR COUNTRY ?

FREE ZONE MEDIA CENTER POSTED BY BH

A group of California teenagers have created a video called “Voices Without a Vote,” pleading with those who can vote in November to elect leaders who defend the U.S. Constitution and govern according to its principles.
“I’m not old enough to vote … but if I could,” the teens in the video state, “I would elect people who stand up for the blueprint of this country, people who will protect our history, our culture, our language and our borders, men and women who would uphold the separation of powers, who listen to the people, candidates who understand the Declaration of Independence, representatives [who] will protect and uphold the Constitution of the United States.”
The YouTube video, which has already been seen by hundreds of thousands of viewers, was created by a nonprofit organization called im2morro (“I’m tomorrow”), which clarifies on its website: “We don’t think of ourselves as ‘Republicans,’ ‘Democrats’ or ‘Libertarians.’ We’re Americans, independent thinkers who believe in the framework of ideals that have formed and guided this great nation for over 200 years.”
Audrea Taylor, 17, president and co-founder of im2morro, told WND her organization enlisted help from film students at John Paul the Great University in San Diego to make the video and hopes that it will only be one of many efforts to “communicate to our generation, in the way we speak, through videos and social media.”
“I hope that the video moves people to focus on the principles our nation was founded upon: life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, a free market, personal responsibility,” Taylor said. “I want my generation to start owning their future, and part of that is voting.”
The video specifically calls for electing leaders who will protect First Amendment rights, the Second and Tenth Amendments and religious liberty. It quotes the Declaration of Independence’s insistence that certain unalienable rights are “endowed by our Creator.”
The video also includes some concrete and contemporary examples of the federal government exceeding its constitutionally enumerated powers: “I don’t need the government telling me what lunch to eat, what toilet to flush. I don’t need the government telling me to drive an electric car, forcing me to buy health insurance. I don’t need government giving guns to Mexican drug lords.”
It also includes a zinger of a line, pointed at those who have voted for America’s current crop of leaders: “Your temporary politicians strapped us with 16 trillion dollars in national debt. Fix it.”
Taylor told WND the idea for im2morro began in 2008, when she visited the Values Voter Summit in Washington, D.C., and noticed far too few young people in the crowd.
“Who here is representing my generation?” she asked.
The “Voices Without a Vote” video is part of the answer that question.
“Please vote for patriots in the spirit of the Founders – patriots, candidates, who will restore constitutional America,” the teens on the video, including Taylor, plead. “Liberty is never more than one generation from extinction, and we are that generation.”

DEMS RE-DEFINED STAND ON MARRIAGE??? FOLLOW THE MONEY

FREE ZONE MEDIA CENTER  WFZR                                                                                       by wp

To Understand the Democratic Party’s Re-definition of Marriage - Follow the Money!

To Understand the Democratic Party’s Re-definition of Marriage - Follow the Money! Our country made history in 2008 when we elected our first black president. The 2012 election is already historic as well, but for a much less promising reason. This year marks the first time in history that a major political party has put the redefinition of marriage into its national platform.
The obvious question for many of my friends was, "Why are they in such a hurry?" If their victory is so inevitable, as they always tell the mainstream media; if the next generation is as likely to fall into their grasp as they think; why don’t they just trust the process? The answer is simple. It’s not as easy as they project.
The radical gay marriage, activist sect within the Democratic Party knows that their time is short. They also know that a win by President Obama is not guaranteed. Think about it this way: if President Obama loses the race this year - its internal "civil union" may turn into a political divorce within 18 to 24 months. A large number of Democrats, perhaps the majority, have not “evolved” on same-sex marriage or other major wedge issues of our day. These so called wedge issues are actually the most important moral and spiritual issues of our day. Devout Christians believe that God will either bless or curse America based on her faithful execution of His will on these issues.
In light of this kind of sentiment the following excerpt for the current Democratic Platform reads:
“We support the right of all families to have equal respect, responsibilities, and protections under the law. We support marriage equality and support the movement to secure equal treatment under law for same-sex couples. We also support the freedom of churches and religious entities to decide how to administer marriage as a religious sacrament without government interference. We oppose discriminatory federal and state constitutional amendments and other attempts to deny equal protection of the laws to committed same-sex couples who seek the same respect and responsibilities as other married couples. We support the full repeal of the so-called Defense of Marriage Act and the passage of the Respect for Marriage Act.” Democratic National Committee Platform 2012
I appreciate the nod to religious freedom, but we already know that churches have been threatened with government action for refusing to perform ceremonies for homosexual couples. Most recently a church meeting in Miami-Dade County public schools was warned of its possible expulsion from the facilities for their teaching against homosexuality. But even if our religious liberty were not being seriously threatened, we should pause to consider what caused the Democratic National Committee to make this unprecedented move.
My purpose is not to pick on one party. My purpose is to point out how serious our situation has become for ANY major political party who would dare to place these words in their platform. This is a drastic shift for the Democrats. For those who don’t remember, the Defense of Marriage Act the platform pledges to repeal was signed into law by Democratic President Bill Clinton in 1996. It allowed states to refuse to recognize homosexual “marriages” performed in other states. This means that as recently as sixteen years ago, there was a consensus between BOTH parties that, at minimum, homosexual “marriage” should not be forced on citizens who did not agree to it. In fact, support was building across the country for a Federal Marriage Amendment to the United States Constitution, which would have protected marriage from redefinition once and for all.
How quickly things have changed! While public opinion has shifted some, the opinion of certain elected officials has shifted much faster and much farther toward the agenda of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) activists. Why could this be?
Here is how the Human Rights Campaign—an lobbying organization that raises hundreds of millions of dollars to promote the LGBT agenda—explains what has happened on the federal level: “Twice – in 2004 and 2006 – HRC led the successful fight against the Federal Marriage Amendment [which would have protected traditional marriage]…The massive field and lobbying effort in 2004, coupled with a $1 million TV, print and online advertising campaign, effectively communicated the message....”
Christians are often criticized for being too concerned about politics, but in reality, we are outspent in these fights 3 to 1 or even 100 to 1. When the mayors of Boston, San Francisco, Chicago and Washington, DC boasted that they would deny Chick-fil-A the right to do business based on its owner’s personal belief in traditional marriage, they did so with no fear of backlash or negative consequences. What does this tell us? It tells us that, at least in those cities, the LGBT lobby is so powerful that they can easily protect a politician who fights for what they want.
When our president announced his “evolution” on the issue of redefining marriage to include homosexual couples, many people were confused. What did he hope to gain? Multiple news outlets, including the Washington Post and the New York Times noted that he raised tens of millions of dollars from LGBT donors within hours of his announcement. If you want to know why marriage is threatened in our country, just follow the money.

MY SECURITY FENCE - READING THIS CAN BE HARMFULL ?

FREE ZONE MEDIA CENTER POSTED BY BH
SUBMITTED BY MY FRIEND DOUG WALTERS IN TEXAS

CAREFULL WHEN YOU READ THIS..  YOU WILL LAUGH, YOU MAY CRY, OR YOU MIGHT EVEN PEE YOUR PANTS.. LAUGHING SO HARD.. OH WELL GO AHEAD READ IT.....

We have the standard 6 ft. fence in the backyard, and a few months ago, I heard about burglaries increasing dramatically in the entire city. To make sure this never happened to me, I got an electric fence and ran a single wire along the top of the fence.
Actually, I got the biggest cattle charger Tractor Supply had made for 26 miles of fence. I then used an 8 ft. long ground rod, and drove it 7.5 feet into the ground. The ground rod is the key, with the more you have in the ground, the better the fence works.

One day I'm mowing the back yard with my cheapo Wal-Mart 6 hp big wheel push mower. The hot wire is broken and laying out in the yard. I knew for a fact that I unplugged the charger. I pushed the mower around the wire and reached down to grab it, to throw it out of the way.
It seems as though I hadn't remembered to unplug it after all.
Now I'm standing there, I've got the running lawnmower in my right hand and the 1.7 giga-volt fence wire in the other hand. Keep in mind the charger is about the size of a marine battery and has a picture of an upside down cow on fire on the cover.

Time stood still!

The first thing I notice is my pecker trying to climb up the front side of my body. My ears curled downwards and I could feel the lawnmower ignition firing in the backside of my brain. Every time that Briggs & Stratton rolled over, I could feel the spark in my head. I was literally at one with the engine.

It seems as though the fence charger and the piece-of-crap lawnmower were fighting over who would control my electrical impulses.
Science says you cannot crap, pee, and vomit at the same time. I beg to differ. Not only did I do all three at once, but my bowels emptied 3 different times in less than half of a second. It was a Matrix kind of bowel movement, where time is creeping along and you're all leaned back and BAM BAM BAM you just crap your pants 3 times. It seemed like there were minutes in between but in reality it was so close together it was like
exhaust pulses from a big block Chevy turning 8 grand.

At this point I'm about 30 minutes (maybe 2 seconds) into holding onto the fence wire. My hand is wrapped around the wire palm down so I can't let go. I grew up on a farm so I know all about electric fences ... but Dad always had those little junk chargers made by International or whoever that were like 9
volts and just kinda tickled.

This one I could not let go of. The 8 foot long ground rod is now accepting signals from me through the permadamp Ark-La-Tex river bottom soil. At this point I'm thinking I'm going to have to just man up and take it, until the lawnmower runs out of gas.

'Damn!,' I think, as I remember I just filled the tank! Now the lawnmower is starting to run rough. It has settled into a loping run pattern as if it had some kind of big lawnmower race cam in it.
Covered in poop, pee, and with my vomit on my chest I think 'Oh God please let me die .... Pleeeeaze . But nooooo, it settles into the rough lumpy cam idle nicely and remains there, like a big bore roller cam EFI motor waiting for the go command from its owner's right foot.

So here I am in the middle of July, 104 degrees, 80% humidity, standing in my own backyard, begging God to kill me.

God did not take me that day .... he left me there covered in my own fluids to writhe in the misery my own stupidity had created.

I honestly don't know how I got loose from the wire ....
I woke up laying on the ground hours later. The lawnmower was beside me, out of gas. It was later on in the day and I was sunburned.
There were two large dead grass spots where I had been standing, and then another long skinny dead spot where the wire had laid while I was on the ground still holding on to it. I assume I finally had a seizure and in the resulting thrashing had somehow let go of the wire.
Upon waking from my electrically induced sleep I realized a few things:

1 - Three of my teeth seem to have melted.
2 - I now have cramps in the bottoms of my feet and my right butt cheek (not the left, just the right).
3 - Poop, pee, and vomit when all mixed together, do not smell as bad as you might think.
4 - My left eye will not open.
5 - My right eye will not close.
6 - The lawnmower runs like a sumbitch now. Seriously! I think our little session cleared out some carbon fouling or something, because it was better than new after that.
7 - My nuts are still smaller than average.
8 - I can turn on the TV in the game room by crossing my eyes, while thinking of the number 4 (I still don't understand this!).
That day changed my life. I now have a new found respect for things. I appreciate the little things more, and now I always triple check to make sure the fence is unplugged before I mow.

The good news, is that if a burglar does try to come over the fence, I can clearly visualize what my security system will do to him, and THAT gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling all over, which also reminds me to triple check before I mow!

RYAN'S MEDICARE vs OBAMACARE

FREE ZONE MEDIA CENTER  WFZR

                                                                         by wp

Why Seniors Should Prefer Ryan’s Medicare Plan to Obama’s

Why Seniors Should Prefer Ryan’s Medicare Plan to Obama’sDNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz described the Medicare reforms proposed by GOP Vice-Presidential nominee and House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan (R-WI) as "literally a death trap for seniors." White House spokesman Jay Carney told reporters that Ryan's reforms would "change Medicare as we know it."
But it was Obamacare that already changed Medicare as we know it, transforming it literally into a death trap for seniors. Obamacare cut Medicare by $716 billion over the next 10 years alone, mostly by slashing Medicare payments to doctors and hospitals. And that is just a down-payment on what is to come.
Ryan explained all this to the recent AARP convention, calling it "the President's raid on Medicare." Ryan reported, "The first step to a stronger Medicare is to repeal Obamacare, because it represents the worst of both worlds. It weakens Medicare for today's seniors and puts it at risk for the next generation. First, [Obamacare] funnels $716 billion out of Medicare to pay for a new entitlement we didn't even ask for. Second, it puts 15 unelected bureaucrats in charge of Medicare's future."
Medicare's Chief Actuary Rick Foster reports that by the end of this decade, Medicare will be paying less to doctors and hospitals for health care for seniors than Medicaid pays for health care for the poor. And Medicare will be falling further and further behind Medicaid each year. Ultimately, Medicare payment rates will be one-third of what will be paid by private insurance, and only half of what is paid by Medicaid.
But Medicaid does not pay enough for the poor on the program to get timely, essential health care, particularly the sickest and those most in need of the best health care. Academic studies show that the poor suffer worse health outcomes as a result, including premature death.
Under Obamacare, soon enough seniors will be lined up behind welfare mothers in trying to find doctors who will see them, and hospitals that will admit them. These cuts affect seniors already retired today, not just those years into the future.
Foster reports that even before these cuts already two-thirds of hospitals were losing money on Medicare patients. In a few short years, hospitals that serve seniors in particular will begin closing, and retirees will have increasing difficulty obtaining access to care. As Harvard University health economist Joe Newhouse explains, seniors will likely have to seek care at community health centers and safety net hospitals.
Ryan added at the AARP convention, "The President said this would actually strengthen the program. He said it would improve the program's solvency. [But] the money wasn't walled off to stay in Medicare. Instead, the law turned Medicare into a piggy bank for Obamacare."
And this does not even count any further cuts that may be adopted by Obamacare's Medicare death panel, the Independent Payment Advisory Board (IPAB). That Board will be composed of 15 unelected, appointed, Washington bureaucrats with the power to adopt still more Medicare cuts that would become effective even without the approval of Congress.
Ryan further explained, "But you know President Obama's slogan, right? Forward. Forward into a future where seniors are denied the care they earned because a bureaucrat decided it wasn't worth the money." This is why the boos Ryan heard at the beginning of his speech turned into cheers by the end.
Contrary to the childish silliness of Wasserman Schulz and Carney, Ryan's Medicare reforms, in sharp contrast, would simply extend the more modern, popular, and successful policies of Medicare Parts C and D to the old fashioned Medicare Parts A and B.
Medicare Part D is the prescription drug program. Just like Ryan's proposed Medicare reforms, Part D provides premium support payments to seniors, which they use to purchase the private prescription drug coverage of their choice. Because of the private market competition, and incentives for seniors to choose lower cost plans, Part D costs have run 40% below projections. Compare that to Parts A and B, which by 1990 cost 10 times the original projections for that year when the program was adopted.
Medicare Part C is Medicare Advantage, under which 25% of seniors have already chosen private insurance to provide all of their Medicare coverage. Seniors believe they get a better deal through this highly popular program due to choice and competition.
Ryan would empower workers under age 55 today with the choice of a private plan competing alongside traditional Medicare when they retire in the future. All those private plans must provide at least the same benefits as Medicare today to participate. Medicare would provide these future seniors with a premium support payment they could use to pay for or offset the premium of the private health insurance they chose. That premium support payment is set by competitive bidding under rules ensuring it will be enough to pay for at least two of the competing plans providing at least the same benefits as Medicare. Or seniors even in the future could choose to stay in Medicare just like it is today.
Ryan includes extra assistance for lower income seniors empowering them with more choices, while means testing the assistance for higher income seniors like Medicare Parts B and D do today. Ryan's Medicare would also provide higher payments to the insurers for sicker seniors. It would also assess a fine on insurers covering more low-risk seniors, and pay incentive payments to insurers covering more high-risk seniors. This would create special competition in the private market focused on serving the sickest most in need of first rate health care.
Ryan explains, "Our plan keeps the protections that have made Medicare a guaranteed promise for seniors throughout the years. It makes no changes for those in or near retirement."
So unlike Obamacare, these reforms would involve no change for anyone retired today, or anyone anywhere near retirement. This plan was actually developed by President Clinton's Medicare Commission, so it has bipartisan support. The legislation providing for these reforms was actually introduced in the Senate by liberal Democrat Sen. Ron Wyden of Oregon. It has been endorsed by long time liberal academic Alice Rivlin, the Godmother of the CBO, serving as its first director. Indeed, the plan was developed from an initial proposal in 1995 by two lifelong liberal scholars, Henry Aaron of the Brookings Institution, and former CBO Director Robert Reischauer.
Ryan further explained the effect of the reforms:
"Now in order to save Medicare for future generations, we propose putting 50 million seniors, not 15 unaccountable bureaucrats, in charge of their own health-care decisions. Our plan empowers future seniors to choose the coverage that works best for them from a list of plans that are required to offer at least the same level of benefits as traditional Medicare. This financial support system is designed to guarantee that seniors can always afford Medicare coverage - no exceptions. And if a senior wants to choose the traditional Medicare plan, then she will have that right. Our idea is to force insurance companies to compete against each other to better serve seniors, with more help for the poor and sick - and less help for the wealthy."
These reforms are better for seniors than Obamacare's Medicare most of all because they free seniors from the cuts and government health care rationing involved in Obamacare's mangling of Medicare, by allowing them to choose private insurance paying market rates instead. Only through such private insurance will seniors be able to continue to enjoy the high quality, most advanced care they have come to expect from Medicare.
Ryan concluded in his address to AARP, "You see, Medicare is going bankrupt. Everyone understands this...So the disagreement isn't about the problem. It's about the solution. [The President's] top down bureaucratic cuts to Medicare just don't work. Providers stop providing care." Ryan's reforms reduce future Medicare spending by no more than President Obama does through Obamacare. The difference is that the Ryan spending savings are achieved through market incentives, senior choice, and marketplace competition that has been proven to work. As Ryan added at AARP, "We've seen this kind of reform work in Medicare Part D - the program for prescription drugs. Choice and competition helped bring it down at 40% below cost projections."
So the voters now have the final choice. Either turn your health care future over to an unelected, unaccountable body of 15 Washington bureaucrats as President Obama does, or retain your freedom of choice and control over your own health care in a competitive market, where patient power determines the result.
And the voters now have the final choice on Obama's leadership, or lack thereof, as well. As Ryan argued at the AARP convention, "Time and again, this President has ducked the tough issues. He's put his own job security over your retirement security." Instead of addressing the entitlement crisis, President Obama has demagogued careful, rational entitlement reforms, while adding still further, unaffordable, entitlement obligations.

OHIO PUTS MOLESTERS AND PLANNED PARENTHOOD ON NOTICE

Ohio Cases Put Molesters and Planned Parenthood On Notice

difficult for men to molest young girls and then use Planned Parenthood’s abortion services to cover their tracks.
One case, Fairbanks v. Planned Parenthood S.W. Ohio Region, concerned a 16-year-old girl impregnated by her biological father. A  more recent case, Doe (Wallace) v. Planned Parenthood S.W. Ohio Region, focused on a 14-year-old girl impregnated by her 21-year-old soccer coach.
In the Fairbanks case, the 16-year-old girl told a Planned Parenthood employee she had been forced “to do things [she] didn’t want to do.” Under Ohio law, this statement triggered Planned Parenthood’s duty to report, which Planned Parenthood ignored.
As a result of Planned Parenthood’s silence, the girl continued to endure molestation from her father for another year and half.
In the Doe case, the ease with which Planned Parenthood policies allowed circumvention of Ohio’s parental notification laws came into stark relief.
A soccer coach who began having sex with his female player was able to get around the notification laws by providing Planned Parenthood with his own cell number. He then acted as if he was the girl’s father when the abortionists called, and that was that. Planned Parenthood knew that a cell phone call did not satisfy the requirements of the law, but apparently it was satisfactory enough for the abortion giant’s bottom line, so the statutory rape went unreported.
Although the outcomes of these two cases did not result in direct, court-ordered obligations on Planned Parenthood, they are catalysts for changes in Ohio law that will make it harder for molesters and those like Planned Parenthood who try to protect them.
For example, Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers in Ohio won’t be able to remain quiet when a 16-year-girl tells them what a man is doing to her in the future. Minors who are the victims of sexual abuse can now bring civil action claims against individuals who breach their duty to report the abuse, and they can now seek punitive damages against individuals and entities that breach their duties to report the abuse as well.
Children who find themselves in the position of the 14-year-old soccer player will be better protected, too, as Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers must now take commonsense steps to make absolutely sure parents are taking part in the life-ending decisions their minor children are thinking about making. These steps include obtaining written consent from at least one parent before performing an abortion on a minor.
In addition, Planned Parenthood also has to face the fact that the ruling recognized a nationally renowned and “pro-choice psychologist who truthfully admitted that girls and women who have abortions can and do sometimes suffer from long-term and serious psychological problems as a result of abortions.”
The anonymity molesters have enjoyed in the past while carrying out their misdeeds in the state of Ohio should now be much more difficult to maintain. And that’s good news for everyone, and especially for the vulnerable, who are now better protected.

THE INEXHAUSTIBLE JOE BIDEN

FREE ZONE MEDIA CENTER  WFZR                                                                                 by wp

The Inexhaustible Vice President, Or: Of Hogs, Acorns and Joe Biden

The worst gaffe a politician can make, it's been said, is not the mistakes he makes on the campaign trail but when he tells the truth. The vice president of the United States, who's a kind of genius at embarrassing himself, did it again the other day when, almost in passing, he mentioned the hallmark of this president's stewardship of the American economy, "the middle class that has been buried these past four years." Oops. Even a blind hog will stumble across an acorn now and then, but this time the vice president had hit on an essential truth, one that can be verified by just a glance at the country's unemployment rate, which still hovers around 8 percent after almost four years of another kind of Obamacare. Then there is the growing number of Americans who are slipping into poverty under this administration -- 15.1 percent or 46.2 million as of 2011, or about one in six. That's up from 14.3 percent in 2009, when Barack Obama took the presidential oath of office. The official poverty level is an annual income of $23,050 for a family of four, and the 46 million Americans that now have slipped below it is the largest total since the Census began reporting that number in 1959. How's that for hope and change? Change, maybe. Hope, not so much. A record number of American households are now on food stamps: 22.4 million, or 15 percent of the population. That's a telling statistic. Perhaps even more revealing than the unemployment rate. To quote one economist, Peter Cardillo at Rockwell Global Capital, "the unemployment data is not really telling us the true story of how many people are underemployed." But the growth in food stamps is "a good indication of how the income of the work force has stagnated and more and more people are applying for food stamps." So when Joe Biden says the middle class has been buried the last four years, he may be understating the case for once. The working poor are getting poorer, too. Having committed the cardinal political error of telling the truth, our vice president immediately began backpedaling, retracting, explaining what he really meant to say, and in general trying to hide behind Campaign Obama's usual talking points, which grow more and more unconvincing. The Great Recession of 2008-09 was bad enough; the Obama "recovery" could be even worse because its ever more disappointing performance threatens to become permanent -- especially if this president is re-elected and gets to continue his misguided policies. Or, frightening thought, gets to introduce even more of them. Joe Biden will doubtless be able to explain how successful they are, too, except on those recurrent occasions when he collides with the truth. Whenever the vice president of the United States flies into one of his tirades, some of us feel like sinking to our knees and uttering a fervent prayer for the health of the president of the United States. For his No. 2 man is not just a loose cannon but a whole battery of them. That this president should have chosen a character like Joe Biden as his running mate was only a foretaste of the kind of judgment Mr. Obama would show in managing the economy. (Foreign policy is a whole other disaster zone these days.) Barack Obama may be the joker in this pack, but our vice president is the joke. He has proven an inexhaustible treasure of bloopers, but only the rare ones are as revealing as his latest. Unless that buried middle class is revived, and Americans put to work again, far worse is to come. On that cheery note, let me end with a thank-you to the vice president. Sometimes he pulls back the curtain on this wizard's act, and gives the country a glimpse of what's really happening to it. It ain't pretty, but at least it's the truth -- which is no small service in the hurly-burly of an election year. "In our time," George Orwell complained in a classic essay about politics and the English language, "political speech and writing are largely the defense of the indefensible." Like this administration's abominable record on the economy, a natural enough consequence of its misconceived remedies, reforms and panaceas galore. But now and then, good ol' Joe Biden comes along like a clown wandering into the center ring of this circus, and, without meaning to, falls into honesty. As he did on this occasion. Such excursions are all too rare in our telepromptered times. Which makes them all the more welcome. The Hon. Joseph R. Biden is a kind of relief in the overscripted world of dead political language -- a walking treasure of insights by accident.
